1. India's rape epidemic : will the United States apply pressure for change to its Asian ally.

Summary

 In India, there are so many criminals of rape. The number of rapes reported in India from 1953 to 2011 has shot up 873 percent according to statistics from the National Crime Records Bureau. But the Indian government has been failed to reduce the crimes. So many are hoping the United states and others will apply pressure to their Asian ally to renew the fight against what is by any stranded an epidemic of rape. But it won't be easy.

Persuasive

I can't agree with the judgement of rapes which is so light. Rape makes victim so painful for their body and mind. I think it should be considered as the heaviest. Also in Korea it is issued that so light punishments were given to criminal of rapes. To console the victim of rape, also it is difficult to do, the only method is heavy punishment.

2. Indian Nurses Trapped in Iraq Return Home.

Summary

More than 40 Indian nurses who were trapped in a region of Iraq that was seized have arrived home in India. They were in a state-run hospital where they worked. When armed rebels launched a ware of attack across the region last month, they found themselves trapped. It was not immediately clear whether they had been abducted or trapped and unable to leave. Any way they are all fine and arrived at the airport in the southern Indian city of Kochi.

Persuasive

Always the war makes all the people painful. Not only whom live in the war places and but also other people also fall into despair. When that nurses trapped, although I have not recognized before this blog project,  I'm so sorry to cannot help them anyway... I hope that all of wars will be end as soon as possible. Also I'm happy to listen the news of nurses who were trapped came back to their Hometown.

3. India's role in the Nuclear Race

<No images in this article.>

Summary

 India is seeking membership in the Nuclear Suppliers Group, a 48-nation body established 40 years ago to ensure that civilian trade in nuclear materials is not diverted for military purposes. The application, which was discussed at a meeting in Buenos Aires last month, should not be granted until India proves itself willing to take a leading role. For many years, the country was barred from nuclear trade by the United States and other major states after it tested its first nuclear weapon in 1974 with materials and equipment acquired from Canada and the United States, ostensibly for peaceful purposes, and tested again in 1998. It has refused to sign the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty. That situation started to change in 2008 when the United States signed a civilian nuclear trade deal with India, a rising economic power with a huge need for energy. If India wants to be part of the nuclear suppliers group, it needs to sign the treaty that prohibits nuclear testing, stop producing fissile material, and begin talks with its rivals on nuclear weapons containment.

Persuasive

 The nuclear always became the international issue.
Because it's power can make so many people unhappy. All of things or men should be responsible for stability of nuclear. A few days ago it was issued that the  nuclear plant near Busan is in state of danger. I hope that government force the rule limited and tightened makes people feel comfortable.
